Introduction

The day I decided to change for good my eating habits for rejuvenating nutrition, I asked myself one thing: could nature forgive me all the wrongs I had done to my young body? I who had been so careless of my vital needs, would I get a second chance to do things right?

Well yes ! Nature forgives, life forgives those who choose to follow its rules. I had to get very sick in order to discover and learn how to interpret what nature wants for us. This knowledge will help you and millions of people to get back their health no matter the state of their body.

I was lucky to live something so exceptional but it was a very tough experience which required a lot of determination since I was alone in this fight. Curing a dying body only by eating, resting and exercising require mental strength. But that gave me the chance to have a new start in life and this time, with a new way of approaching life – a new mentality.

I then distinguished the differences between living and surviving, which are two things that people normally confused for one another. While many people are satisfied to survive, I have rather chosen to live. The difference is crucial for the understanding of rejuvenating nutrition. If I tell you, for example to avoid eggs, that does not necessarily mean that these are not useful for your survival, but rather that they do not favor life in you … In other words, a very nutritious food can be very prone to premature aging and accumulation of toxins in the body. So, if we have the choice to avoid it, thanks to the accessibility of the food resources of our time, Why not enjoy it ?

That being understood, adopting the rejuvenating diet implies a re-education on the role of food, which then becomes a way to improve the health of our body. This requires first of all to free ourselves from unhealthy food dependencies. Obviously, this decision is not easy to take because the world in which we live in does not encourage us to make that choice. Instead, it offers us a rich palette of temptations.

In the mindset associated with adopting rejuvenating nutrition, we must see our body as a tree we are taking care of so that it then offers us his fruits. The more we listen to the needs of our tree, the more it will offer us fruits of the greatest quality. These fruits, which will be manifested by products of our mind (creation, inspiration, intellectual capacity increased) or our body (exemplary physical form, superior energy, feeling of being able to succeed all), then help us to live in the modern society (allowing us to accomplish effectively remunerated tasks). This book is one of the many fruits that my tree gave me after I started to take care of it.

Since the rejuvenating nutrition requires a transformation of our lifestyle habits, it becomes at the same time  a code of conduct that guides our attitude towards life. I realized that the food a person eat is often a good indicator of his or her lifestyle and also of his general respect for his body and the Earth in itself.

Do not believe that you will succeed in rejuvenating yourself effectively if you continue to poison yourself with toxins (such as cigarette, alcohol or drugs) or by keeping a life rich in stress. You will have to invest time in the preparation of your meals as well as to digest in the calm so that the rejuvenating action of food can be maximized.

The person who chooses to adopt rejuvenating nutrition must be aware of how lucky we are in this era to be able to benefit from the purest foods in the world year-round. This person understands that this is a relatively new phenomenon in the history of humanity and that, by imposing a certain discipline on ourselves, we choose to live a better live and we give ourselves the chance to maximize our abilities for the rest of his days. Rejuvenating nutrition nourishes your body but also your mind, which will have important consequences on your personal development and your ability to succeed in life.

It’s also important for you to know that rejuvenating nutrition is not a sacrifice of eating pleasures. It’s neither a food model in which the foods eaten are unpleasant to taste. Rejuvenating nutrition has good taste and lots of diversity to please anyone. As long as you eat fresh foods you should find treats that are healthy in the products of nature. It has the advantages of letting you eat your fill and satisfy your hunger without risk for your health. Rejunevating nutrition is therefore far from caloric restrictions diets. However, do not expect
to find very sweet or salty tastes, as this will not happen. Certainly, there are fruits and vegetables sweeter than others but even for these foods, it will be necessary to avoid overconsumption.

You will have to learn to develop your taste to appreciate the flavors that exist naturally in the great diversity that the earth offers to us. This adaptation takes on average three to four months of eating rejuvenating nutrition with a perfect discipline. Once your body will not be overloaded with sugar and salt for a certain amount of time, you will discover the wonderful aromas of foods in their simplest expression. Tastes change over time and you will find the same pleasure to eat whatever the changes that rejuvenating nutrition will bring to your diet. To eat is to stay alive, it can only be very pleasant.

To achieve rejuvenating nutrition, a very simple and general model will be proposed to you in this book. It is very important that you listen to your body. On the other hand, the foods that I will present in this guide have proven to be excellent purifiers throughout my body regeneration process.

Despite the simplicity of the model of rejuvenating nutrition, you will quickly see that it is not easy to apply it. Because to abandon our bad habits is equivalent to having to wean ourselves off the worse drugs.

Over the years, I have noticed that it is very difficult to transmit the wisdom acquired by the hard trials of life to people who have not suffered from life threatening deceases. So, I know very well that it will be hard for many of you to see what a miracle rejuvenating nutrition really is until you have a motivation good enough to try it. You will have to experiment it to understand the multiple benefits that it can bring into your life both for your body, your mind and your soul.
